Perfect Diet Plan

There is no single article on perfect diet plan. A perfect diet plan contains a balanced diet in the correct amount and different diet made by an individual. It is the fact that one diet plan can not work on all.

Perfect diet plan means what to eat and in which portions. Perfect diet plan gives us the correct variety of diets and the vitamins, nutrients and minerals our body requires. Today’s lifestyle and daily routine has changed our eating habits to bad habits. In our fast lifestyle we often prefer junk food. But there is a perfect diet plan for all though we don’t have good lifestyle. You just need to confirm where you can get it. We can categorize our food in five groups with amount control and be fit with our daily lifestyle.

We can take carbohydrates, proteins, fruit, vegetables, dairy, fats and sugars in our five food groups. We need to decide the intake of these foods in line with our proper diet plan. We should take carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables in Major than fats and sugars. Include low fat dairy products, take meat and foods that are low in saturated fats.

Always try to avoid processed foods as these foods contain salt, fats, sugars and preservatives which not good for health and do not contain proper amount of nutrients that our body require. Fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables are good for health.

Till now we have understood what we need to do for proper diet plan but also important to understand what we should not eat for good health. Often what we like to eat is not good for us. When we make a list of such eating we will probably find these eating come under the category like sweet, sugary foods, oily (fried), white flour items such as bread or pasta. We know it is not easy for us to leave these immediately but we can start reducing or avoiding these foods slowly in our proper diet plan.

For proper diet plan below are some do’s and don’ts need to be observed by all of us. These include:

· Don't ignore meals

· Eat 3 good meals every day,

· Drink plenty of water every day
